Chris is a family man at heart. He and his wife Lindsay welcomed their daughter Avery Grace to the world in 2016, and son Landon in 2019; things have never been the same since.

As a native of Connecticut, which is it: Mets or Yankees?

Yankees, for sure! My father is a Yankees fan. His father was too. It’s one of those generational things. It’s in our blood.

How’s parenthood working for you so far?

Since Avery Grace and Landon were born, Lindsay and I have experienced more love than we ever thought possible. Our parents were great role models, giving themselves to us in a million different ways when we were growing up. Seeing their example has helped us as we strive to be good parents ourselves. Thankfully, our kids makes it easy. It’s fascinating to watch their personalities emerge. They love to be outside, running and exploring in the woods behind the house. Both Avery and Landon love to read, especially stories about animals. Their curiosity knows no bounds.

How’s “Grampy” (Larry Annello) holding up?

Avery, as the first-born grandchild, is definitely the boss of him. She’ll take my dad’s hand and tell him it’s time to go outside. They’ll go for long walks, and play together. With the birth of our son Landon in 2019, and with my brother’s family now including their son, James, and daughter Kiera, Grampy has quadruple joy.
